What is a “skin”? Why is everyone talking about it? While the term “Minecraft skin” might seem a bit strange at first, it’s really just about changing your character’s appearance in the game. Choosing a skin is one of the first things you’ll do in Minecraft: it’s up to you to decide what you want to look like! Many players choose their own appearance, although it’s also possible to choose “default skins” like Steve and Alex. Know that you can take on the appearance of anything, in other words, whatever you want!
